Christopher B. Sullivan

Founder, Sullivan Capital
Former Majority Owner, Chairman & CEO, Primus Technologies (sold)

Greenwich, CT

I founded Sullivan Capital following the nine-figure sale of Primus Technologies to One Equity Partners and Spartronics. The deal created an enterprise with over $400 million in annual revenue and made the Primus campus its global headquarters.

Over my twenty years with Primus, I led the company's transformation into a leading contract manufacturer of thousands of unique electronic assemblies for mission-critical Aerospace, Defense, Medical, and Complex Industrial applications. Primus engineered and manufactured complex electronic assemblies for applications including military cryptography, missile defense systems, military aircraft, and the Black Hawk helicopter, as well as advanced mammography systems for Hologic, neonatal monitoring systems, and nuclear power controls for ABB, among many other programs. Customers included Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Hologic, and ABB. Under my leadership, Primus earned numerous awards, including two Raytheon Supplier Excellence Program Premier Awards in the Partnership category—an honor given to 0.1% of its suppliers each year. Primus was one of the few suppliers ever to receive the award twice.

Previously, I worked at Goldman Sachs prior to and following its initial public offering, managing capital in the Private Client Services group. Before that, I ran American Power Conversion's four-state region based in Denver, Colorado.
